Introduction: For His Glory Ballet is a Christian dance company founded in 2008 by Jessica Bradt and Casey Adams. FHG Ballet offers quality dance instruction with the purpose of using our gifts to bring glory to the Lord. FHG Ballet offers the young dancers a unique opportunity to grow and study in a healthy, Christ-centered environment combined with inspiration of the Godly examples of the instructors. The staff and faculty of the School have been called to develop each student to the best of their potential in their individual gifts.
Class Etiquette: Dancers are expected to arrive on time to class. Dancers in younger levels are asked to wait outside the studio until the teacher calls the students in to class. Dancers must abide by the FHG dress code. A notice will be sent home with any dancer who is not in dress code and may be asked to sit out of class if they continue to show up to class out of dress code. Parents are not allowed to watch class from inside the studio, but are free to wait in the lobby during the duration of class. During class, dancers are expected to respect the teacher and fellow dancers. There is no sitting in class, unless the teacher allows it. Dancers are allowed to bring a water bottle into class, but not food is allowed in the studios. No street shoes are allowed in the studios. Dancers must curtsy and thank the teacher after each class. Students must be picked up in a timely manner after class.

Black or pink leotard
Black or pink ballet skirt
Pink tights
Pink ballet flats
Hair in bun or French twist (or pulled away from the face if too short)
The Curriculum: A curriculum for both the Lower and Upper levels is used to maintain a level of consistency in training and excellence.
Beginner Ballet through level 3 curriculum focuses on creative movement, motor skills, loco-motor skills, basic ballet terminology, and ballet etiquette. While fostering a joy of movement and worship through dance.
Level 4 - 10 training is based on the Cecchetti method which includes extensive repetition and strength building, and is complemented with the unique style that is For His Glory’s own. We also introduce other traditional methods of classical ballet to achieve a well-rounded ballet education.
Our faculty is trained in our unique curriculum before teaching classes for For His Glory Ballet.
Prices & Payments: Tuition and all other fees are to be paid on the first day of classes. Accepted forms of payment are cash and check. Please make checks payable to For His Glory Ballet. At the beginning of each season each family/dancer is required to pay: Tuition costs Registration fee Costume fee Recital fee For the second semester, only the tuition and recital fee needs to be paid. The costumes are reused for the fall performance and the spring performance.

Performances: Each class has the opportunity to present a dance they’ve worked on during their class time. It’s a memorable experience, where all the levels in the School present their piece as an offering to the Lord and the parents are able to see their child’s progress. FHG Ballet has two performances throughout the season, a winter recital and a spring recital. Each student who participates in the recital will receive the costume that they purchased to take home. Parents should drop off their student backstage upon arriving at the performance location. Parents must sign in their student and provide information on who will be picking up the student after the performance. Parents are not allowed into the auditorium until 30 mins prior to the performance. There is no flash photography or videography of any kind. FHG offers professional photos and a film of the recital. Both will be available for presale during the dress rehearsal and recital.
Missing Classes: FHG Ballet does not offer refunds for any missed classes due to sickness or weather. If a student misses a class, they may take a makeup class within three months of the missed class. Please email caseyforhisgloryballet.com if your student is going to miss a class and would like to take a makeup class.
Watching Classes: Parents are allowed to watch the first day of classes if they choose. Parents are allowed to stay during classes and wait in the lobby. Studio 1 has a large window that parents can also watch through. After the first day of classes, parents are not allowed to watch from inside the studio.
