INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
For His Glory Ballet will often follow Ottawa County Public School closings; however, there are times when we will elect not to follow their closings. In the event of inclement weather or class cancellations for any other reason, we will send out an email notification and post it on our Facebook page. Announcements will be posted at least one hour before class time in the event of class cancellations. Please do not feel obligated to travel to class if you are uncomfortable with the weather conditions.
For His Glory Ballet does not hold make-up classes, and no tuition reductions will be given for classes canceled due to inclement weather. When class is canceled due to inclement weather, students have the option to make up that class in any other class at their level or below.
CLASS ATTENDANCE & MAKE-UP POLICY
Consistent attendance is critical to the progress of the student and is therefore expected at CCB. Students must follow our strict drop off and pick up procedures. Dancers are required to be on time, properly dressed (following our dress code), and ready to begin class at the start time. All absences and/or tardiness must be communicated to the office, via email, prior to class. Students must be picked up in a timely fashion and in accordance with our pick-up procedures.
Students may take make-up classes (in another level-appropriate class).
CLASS PLACEMENT
For new students who are unsure about placement, please contact us at [email protected]. We will help guide you to the correct class or will schedule a placement class to determine what level is appropriate for the student.
